The Spotted Turtle (Clemmys guttata) is not a crossbreed of turtles, but is native to its race. On the other hand, the Spotted Turtle is one of the most sensitive turtles to pollution and toxins. Typically, these turtles hibernate under tree or shrub roots in wetlands or vernal pools.
